Hello,
I'm a university fresher and a math hobbyist. I intend to learn math
independantly without the help of formal education. Regarding this, I
need some information.
I wanted to know which branch/division or mathematics I should learn
in order to be able to perform the following feat:-
create a function that would, after taking independant variables as
input, give other functions as output that could be used to predict
how objects that behave differently in different situations behave.
IOW, if there is an object whose properties and behaviour vary
according to variation in certain physical attributes of its
surroundings, which branch of mathematics should I study to describe
and analyze it mathematically?
Kindest regards.
.
