Does someone know the conventional arrangement for letters used with
movable typesetting (long ago)? Did that have 0 after 9?
For what it's worth, on the Linotype keyboard, which mostly
arranged things top to bottom and then left to right, the ``0'' key
comes under (that is, after) the ``9'', and before the ``$''.
