I have posted before with trouble solving another integral, but I realized
that I set up the equation wrong, fixed it and solved the problem. However, I
have two new integrals that I believe are much easier to solve but still
having trouble. Can anyone help me? These are the two integrals:
a = k*v^2 + f + (f*v^2)/(g*r)
b = (v^2)/r
sqrt() is square root
first integral: integrate[ 1/sqrt( a^2 + b^2 ) ]dv
second integral: integrate[ v/sqrt( a^2 + b^2 ) ]dv
a^2 + b^2 has the form Av^4 + Bv^2 + C, where A, B, and C are
constants. Try it out at
