I'm not exactly clear on what the excessive self-deprecation
is supposed to accomplish. Perhaps it is intended as a nostrum
against what you see as excessive pride in other posters? Perhaps
you intend to be an example? I don't actually believe your
self-esteem is really that low.

Whatever the intent, the technique is beneath you, I think.
