fractional iteration of functions

I've just uploaded a short article, which describes the
polynomial interpolation for fracional iteration of
a function, which is given by
f(x) = f°1(x) = ax + bx^2 + cx^3 + ...
f°2(x) = ...
...
f°h(x) = ...
where h may be a general (fractional or complex) value.
See

Not a big thing, just re-collection of the mentioned ideas and
possibly better and more general expressed elsewhere in literature
(where fractional iteration is discussed).
But with the elementary examples here it helps to compute
the relevant polynomials for any function of the mentioned type.
