Who first invented trigonometries of negative angles?

While I read a book about math history, I was curious who invented the
concept of negative angles.
Of course negative angles are analogue of negative numbers. But I
think it was somewhat harder to conceive the notion because it is
possible through trigonometric functions.
So my questions are:
1. who first invented negative angles?
2. who first extended trigonometric functions to non-acute angles?
Thanks in advance.
