It looks like the proof in
http://www.diss.fu-berlin.de/2004/250/angel.pdf that 1 devil can catch
a (2-epsilon)-king should carry over virtually untouched to showing
that a (2+epsilon)-devil can catch a 2-angel for any real epsilon > 0.
(An r-devil for some real r>0 eats floor(N r) squares up to turn N)
