A question in field theory!

Hi!
I want to ask some question in field theory.
Assume Q(root(r))=Q(root(s)) for real number r, s.
Then, show that r/s=t^2 for some rational number t.
(here Q is the set of all rational number)
I cannot find any light. Do you have any idea?
