As another bit of advice: google.ca and amazon.ca (Canadian versions)
often give different hits than the .com versions. A book that Amazon.com
was listing for over $2000, I found on Amazon.ca for less than $50.

Good luck, though; I've never found a copy of Mordell priced below
$300.

Wow. I may be able to finance my retirement by selling off my math
books. What are they getting nowadays for Borevich & Shafarevich?

Seriously, though, Mordell is a fine book, but there has been a lot
of progress since. Depending on what exactly OP wants, he/she may be
better off with something more recent.
