Some clarifications :

a) M = K... I was thinking of a king but went with a merchant ;o)
b) It's not for any T in R^N but for any T outside of the convex hull
of {S1...Sp}

"Speed" doesn't matter, it's really whether there exists T outside of
the convex hull of {S1...Sp} such that d(T,M) < min(d(T,Si))
