you head to the nearest library and look for books about history of mathematics or maybe just google it for yourself and join the set of people who can't do things for themselves. Compiling a list is boring to me......

.... so why don't YOU do it?

If you claim the list is incomplete, its really up to you to show why. Saying its wrong but not providing evidence its wrong when asked does appear more than slightly lame.
