It's apparent you simply aren't very knowledgeable when it comes to
Usenet infrastructure. There's no need for anyone to take any interest
in such matters of course, but your ineffectual carping is somewhat
pointless. Virtually all news servers have technical solutions to
protect their users from sporges, spam and so on.
