Listen you stupid knob. Of course we are making money from this, and
you yourself said "Now most charities have substantial overhead, so
only a small fraction
of the value of collected donations actually reaches the needy"..."a
charity gives (in the form of goods and services) 10% of all dollars
collected to the needy", so based on your statement, whats the
problem? If a non-profit is only giving 10% to charity (by your
calculations it is actually less then 5%) and we are giving a true 10%
of the gross (which is before any other expense is deducted...just in
case you didn't know), then why is what we are doing such a bad
thing. Or is it because your small little world has just been
shattered at the thought of a business like ours!
Like I said before, you need to get off your pedestal, tell the virgin
mary to stop sucking you off for a minute way up there with all the
others that behold supreme integrity and purity, and actually think
about your responses.
You have asked for statistics to back up my numbers, I want to to see
your statistics too! Or were your numbers just "a self-serving
"guess", on your part?"
Your nickname now makes a whole lot of sense, because you seem to have
a huge chip on your shoulder "quasi".
If you spent half as much time trying to get laid as you do posting
these un-supported replies, then maybe you might be able to get a
women to actually say hi to you...that is before she starts running
screaming with her hands waving in the air....unless your an ass
loving ***???
Idiot!
Yep, a sound business you've got -- I can tell that right away from
the logical and literate way you phrase your arguments.
Translation (to would-be investors): The captain of the ship is a
raving madman -- don't get on board.
To would-be donors: I challenged him to show numbers, he refused. To
me that underscores the obvious -- that the operation is probably a
scam.
Moreover, even if we allowed for the remote possibility that these
"charity front ends" have some legitimacy, donors should understand
one simple truth ...
The total amount of donations from the public is likely the same over
extended periods of time. Hence, the 90% profit that these "front
ends" extract from those donations represents a _drain_ on the total
donations to real charities. Thus, while pretending to be a partial
charity, in reality they _compete_ with real charities for the same
donations.
