Wolfram does not permit private resale of licenses to Mathematica.
Furthermore, even if it were permitted (e.g. by local law overriding
the license agreement), they will not permit you to install a student
edition unless you provide proof that you are currently enrolled in a
course with an acceptable educational institution.
