It should be of some historic interest. It's difficult for me to get
hold of because I don't have ready access to a large library. I think
the article was published in 1986 but I'm not 100% sure.

i thought the controversy
concerned the "new scientist"
and an article by both stewart and rourke
called "poincare's perplexing puzzler"
