"They" who?

They are administrators of Math Forum at Drexel.

The Math Forum at Drexel provides a web-based interface for the Usenet
group sci.math. They do not administer sci.math.

In order to do what you want, they would have to create a different
math forum, distinct from sci.math and under their control. Since the
overwhelming majority of sci.math readers do not use Drexel's
interface, it is likely that the resulting forum would have relatively
few readers.

If they want to fix the educational system, they could, in some ways
I have suggested.

If they think that sci.math is part of the educational system, then
they are seriously deluded.

congratulating myself." -- Archimedes Plutonium, Yay!
