From this information, there is no way to know. Without lots more
information, there is no way to even meaningfully estimate it.


But, if the man will answer first five questions frankly, the
probability, that in the reply to sixth question he will also tell
the truth is already much higher than 0.5.

Again, no way to know.

favourite colour? (4) What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen
swallow? (5) What walks on four legs in the morning, two at midday,
and three in the evening? (6) Did you murder your wife?"
