The movie "Coming to America" circa 1988 was the highest earning movie
that year in U.S.
Yet the idea of this movie belonged to Art Buckwald a syndicated
columnist from US.
The writer, director and producer of the movie were taken to court by
Mr Buckwald and yes since it was an American court of law, the three
stooges who helped create the movie had to pay Mr Buckwad a hefty sum
of money in his liable suit.
This should go out as a message to those who have been getting
trademarks and patents from the piece of creative work I have been
doing with my online software. Yes in these f**ks' countries they can
sell everything pirated but then this it is not their country and the
law supreme is US law.
