So: How are you coming with your estimate of roughly
how small gamma(-1000000000) is? Have you figured
out the value of gamma(0) or gamma(-1) yet?
i know gamma has poles.
and i know where they are.
and yes you could state gamma(-oo) = +/- oo
No. _You_ could state that, because you don't
care whether the things you state make sense.
I can't state that.
but there is a kind of -oo for which gamma (-oo) = 0
This is meaningless, until you clarify what you mean
by "there is a kind of -oo for which...".
so i call -oo a zero.
