What is exact formula for acting of Weil group on a weighs in the
case sl_3?
We can identify Weyl group os sl_3 with symmetric group on 3 elements
(e1,e2,e3), the orthonormal basis of R^3. Simple roots are e1-e2,e2-
e3, and fundamental weights are w1 = e1 - (e1+e2+e3)/3, w2 = (e1+e2) -
2(e1+e2+e3)/3.
