Pardon me. But I didn't the problem in its entirety.
m>=w(k),k>=2. Here w(k) is the least positive integer such that if the integers {1,2,...w(k)} are partitioned into two classes at least 1 class always contains a AP. So I guess that means m>=2k-1.
