Somebody knows how to calculate the mean distance between a data and
its closest neighbor ?

When you have drawn N points from the circle, you will have generated N
gaps, and you should see that there is an obvious symmetry applying here to
the distribution of the gaps? What does this say about the N expectations
of the size of the gaps?
