dutch mathematicians !!!

so in the past some people here on sci.math claimed the great mathematicians are either asian , american , french or german.

and in general belittled me and my country.

revenge !! :)

so , ill post some example of a few dutch mathematicians :

( and not knowing them is your loss and ignorance !! )

Pierre Deligne

Jean Bourgain

Ingrid Daubechies

sure you might find them at princeton.

but there not from the US or the UK !!!

and also note that none of these had the idea

" abolish fractions " like that cranky DeTurk or whatever his name is.

and as galatheae probably knows , yes Ingrid Daubechies is a female mathematician.

and yes she did a lot of work on wavelets and jpeg2000.

sure Riemann was german.

and i love Riemann.

but im talking about modern times.

and a very very small country !!
