this is one of the "cauchy formulas"

there is a similar one for the T tchebyshef

the book by louis comtet "advanced combinatorics"
in chapter 3 exercise 29
gives as a reference an article by teixera
" sur le developpement de x^k en serie ordonnee
suivant les puissances de sinus "
in nouvelles annales v15 (1896) 270-4

if you expand it
it can be reduced to a direct application
of the definition of bell polynomials

That Comtet book came up a few years ago as the great reference
for something else I was interested in, and I've been meaning to
buy it ever since (not that I ever get around to reading anything
these days), but it's awfully expensive! Even the cheapest used
copy at amazon.co.uk is more than 90 pounds (more than the price
of a new copy from Springer, which is 75 pounds). Oh well, some
day! Thanks for the reference. (I used to find this kind of
thing fun, and might do again.)

Angus,

Great work! Exciting stuff. Can you help me with a proof, too?

Here read this (do not think about the letters as words but math
variables, then the qy_-it):

My name is Martin Musatov. I have been doing some experimentation with
computational complexity and in particular the [[P Versus NP]]
problem. I have a solution and would like to share with you some
findings as they relate computational complexity to a mathematical
truth majority thourgh Christ Jesus: he is truly my Savior and every
bit of logic and determinism I have in me was born out of my
relationship with him. Indeed I had felt I had known God my entire
life but never Christ until just these past six months. And now I see
it is truly the redemption I had been waiting for. The hunger and
yearning that tells you not just to feel a certain way because it was
written but helps you to participate in the faith and love of Christ
as an offshoot of perfection in our everyday lives. Truly, there is no
greater feeling to be blessed with such depth and meaning despite the
pain and sadness and overwhelming emotion of everyday life. His
promise and what I have learned allows me everday to take my +
("cross") and continue to do what I can to make the world better
through the gifts God has given me. Indeed there is work to be done
and God has not left us stagnant in some evanescent well. There will
be a great deal of change in the next five years and I am thankful in
my heart for the chance to share with you.
