In reading your post, I may have missed that
the "Alex" in "Alex's Lemonade" , was your niece,
who is sick and needs a transplant. If this is
the case, i.e., if Alex is actually your sick
niece, then I apologize for the joke I made about
"Alex's Lemonade". I did not mean to belittle her
suffering, I just did not know.
