Jack is probably the only one I've seen out of all of you with the
common sense and understanding to be capable of being a moderator. The
rest of the group is dedicated solely to getting rid of the cranks,
which is admittedly the quick and easy solution to the problem.
However, even I must admit that such action would set a terrible
precedent for future posts. I agree with the approach of giving 'em a
shot, then once they prove their incompetence through verbal abuse and
excessive spamming, just toss 'em out.
