Those people would usually be the managers, and they usually know they
are not too good, so they leave me alone in dealing with the technical
stuff. Its an OK arrangement for me.

What an odd response for someone claiming to want to educate folks.

Sure, some folks stay stupid on my approach, but those folks leave me
alone, so no worries!
