Possibly. Though a silent heart attack often effects a very small amount of
heart muscule. Being out of shape and overweight can, for example, make it
difficult to climb stairs. As can some other things. If you are concerned
about this why not see you Dr. for a EKG? You can also tell him about the
stairs problem and see what he suggests.
