Accompanied with a glass of red wine I suppose ;-). Sounds ok, but why it
has to be mixed? I think that as unmixed it would look (and perhaps taste)
better. As for the fish I would alternate herring with sardines in tomato
sauce or olive oil, wild salmon, trout and whitefish.
