I'd try not to eat anything that has "Corn syrup or high fructose corn
syrup." Good look it is almost everywhere.

Here is an interesting book I recently stumbled upon.

"The obesity Myth" by Paul Campos ISBN 1-592-40066-3

Tis a contrarian view!

Here are a few lines from the book on p131.

According to the U.S. Federal government, Marshall Faulk is obese. Mind
you, he is not merely "overweight" ---every single running back in the
NFL is "overweight." at 5'10" tall and 211 pounds, Faulk, along
with one hundred thirty-one of the league's other one hundred eighty
running backs, has a body mass index of more than 30.
