Thanks for the good news. I try to get an hour or more of exercise
each day, but I miss sometimes. If I do miss, I try to make up for it
by doing more next time. I'm not sure about anti-aging, but if I can't
exercise for an extended period, I do notice decreased mobility,
flexibility and strength. It is well worth the effort to exercise.
