Hey Phil, imagine this scenario:
A man gets diagnosed with a fatal cancer and is told he has no hope with
that diagnosis. He looks near and far for the most prominent world expert
with that particular malignancy and goes around the world to see him. After
the consultation the doctor tells him that the only last hope for him is an
experimental drug manufactured by Merck in which he is currently doing a
clinical trial on. The man becomes distraught and shouts out, "You Drug
whore", and walks out.
