VERY DOUBTFUL, You have heard of the French Paradox, haven't you?
The French and most lovers of red wine DO NOT drink wine made from Concord
grapes. The concord grape is NOT a vinifera. It is known to make a very
inferior wine.
If you are a lover of the sweet Concord wines, be aware of the fact that the
wine has chemicals dumped into it to prevent if from re-fermenting in the
bottle once the wine is sweetened. Also, the added sugar is probably not
all that good for you either.

You must really be hallucinating. I have worked in the wine industry and I,
myself make wine. I have never heard of this "technique" being used for
commercial wines. Length of time spent on the skins during frementaion
determines the color.
If you know of such a winery(s) please post which one(s)
