Sorry, I meant 80-85% as in maximum heart rate for my age: 220 minus age x
by 80-85%

So would I be correct in assuming the more you exercise in terms of time is
better for raising HDL than exercising less at a sustained higher heart
rate? Perhaps I should put it another way, walking 3 miles a day is better
than walking 1 mile at a higher heart rate?
