Even in bringing out generic drugs, there is still multinational testing
that needs to be done, to proove that the new generic version has the
same pharmacokinetic profile of the original.

As far as thing to get concerned about, even in the realms of the
pharmaceutical industry, making money off so called "me too" drugs, is
low down on the list.
