My experience and observation have been that it is the OIL in the food
that makes people get fat. The white people in China also eat and eat
and eat like the Chinese but they were losing weight. I think the
reason is due to TEA. They learn to drink tea like the Chinese in the
southern part of the country. TEA washes down the oil in the
intestines. My friend is a white Canadian. He was fat like a pig
when he first went to China for business. He was later on married to
a Chinese woman. so either he ate Chinese food or starved. He is now
thinning out like a monkey.
