A dishonest reply. You know perfectly well unmoderated isn't a license to
ignore newsgroup charters.

No, you are not. Dishonest yet again. You been around many years and know
perfectly well that's not how newsgroups work. Were it so, usenet would
have crumbled into complete chaos years ago.
Folks, screaming at Chung is pointless. I and others have screamed at him
for a long time now, and he clearly has no intention of stopping his abuse.
If you give a damn about your newsgroup, you will learn how to file
complaints and start doing so. If you won't, then your newsgroup is doomed
to destruction. Yes, one single person can do that. I've seen it done more
than once (very recently in fact) and these groups are well on their way to
that fate. Either start giving a damn, or kiss it goodbye.
