Sorry Zee, wrong.
If people come here asking for confirmation that a heart rate of a given
number of beats per minute is, or is not, "tachycardia", they are asking for
a diagnosis.
And my unstated point is that while folks may indeed come here to "exchange
experiences", anyone who accepts another's experience decisively, and fails
to seek a medical opinion, is a fool.
