Heart failure medicines that had a heart failure

Could some one tell me of drugs that in the recent past filed FDA
approval or even if did acheive it, failed to sell in public.

Any drug name will be appreciated. If it eventually helps me in my
research, the helper may end up being a co-author in CIRCULATION
