No it isn't. More people get the better pot nowadays, but they've been
harvesting killer weed in the far and middle east for hundreds of years.

And note that the rate of schizophrenia has not risen in the last fifty years,
so even if more people were getting stronger weed, it still hasn't caused a
change in the rate of schizophrenia. So, therefore, the proper conclusion is
that use of cannabis does not cause schizophrenia.
