I believe BP levels must be averaged out and assessed over 24 hrs.
Last month, I had a 24 hr BP monitoring.
At 0930am, my BP was 141/97. Yet, when they averaged
out my total BPs *over 24 hours*, the Heart Clinic MD said my BP was
"good".
I still don't get it, but anyway....
