Actually we do know something about his process - there was a scary article
in the Times Magazine last week with information from lots of Republicans
who have worked with Bush. He is basically uninterested in facts, careful
analysis, expert opinions, or any of the other things that a competent
person would take into account when making momentous decisions. Instead he
operates on hunches, intuition, and "gut feeling."
