Not only no, but Hell no!
cholesterol has little to do with what you eat. My ex and I ate the same
food. Her cholesterol was low, mine was high. My 77 yr old mother has a
cholesterol count of 400 and she's still going strong, driving to and
attending a dozen bluegrass festivals per year. Mine has never been below
200, even with medicine. I quit taking cholesterol meds. This is primarily
because I've yet to find a single doctor who will make the simple claim that
chol meds DO NOT cause liver damage. If I want my liver dissolved, I'll do
it with something fun like a six-pack or a couple martinis.
