Unlikely.

The refractoriness of your left bundle is increasing.
> Is my heart failing?
No. You have a "rate-dependent LBBB" and not congestive heart failure
(CHF).
> How serious is my medical state?
Isolated rate-dependent LBBB (ie no structural heart disease) is not
associated with a poor prognosis.
> I am very concerned.
Understandably.

You are welcome. All praises belong to my heavenly Father, Whom I love
with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength :-)
