Yes, but Andrew was asking whether I can stick to the plan for the rest of
life. All I wanted to say is that I cannot predict all choices I will be
given.
Also, weight loss is not that important to me, nor for health reasons. My
father was fat most of his life (not "USA style fat" though, I guess his BMI
was 30-33 for most of his life) and he is close his eighties now. The
strange thing is that my uncle, physically extremely active until recently
(biking hunderds of miles each week), thinnest among all relatives, with TC
levels of newborn baby is the only relative with cardiac problems (angina ->
stent). So that is my closest experience with BMI/TC/CAD/exercise relation
:)
