It doesn't because you didn't answer the question. In fact, you changed
to a totally unrelated topic. You claimed some reason to believe a
certain legal doctrine, and I want to know exactly the basis for your
claim. Intuition/brain chemistry/tradition/dream states/etc. don't play
out well in legal matters.
What *precisely* is your basis for "understanding that it is legally
impossible for someone to anonymously (i.e. under a pseudonym) steal
credit for anything"?
My reasons for not believing your claim include a few years as an
investigator in the criminal legal system, and several more years
working in a law office with a couple hundred lawyers, working on
committees that included US Attorneys (one of whom became head of the
DEA and a judge and another who became head of the FBI), Immigration and
correctional agents, numerous police chiefs, prosecutors, public
defenders, and judges, some of whom now sit on state and federal appeals
courts. I'll put my "God's gift of intellect" against yours any day on
legal principles even though I'm not a lawyer.
