The question was how to keep cholesterol low. It's obvious that diet is the
best course of action. In a few individuals
"drugs" may be needed. Bee's wax of course is nonsense. The cure of the
week from the con artists.

All indications are that theThe Mediterranean diet "rich in whole grains,
fruits,
vegetables, beans and legumes, fish, chicken and olive oil." is the best to
keep cholesterol low and for general
health. Fad diets such as the all protein diets are very bad ideas.
