god is a questionable entity: humans tend to creat divinities for
purposes of self-serving pride and population-manipulation.
To say that animals can be harvested and are at our mercy for us to use
and eat, is the height of hubris. If survival were the only reason
for eating other animals (as we all are), then it's because we lack
choice. But if we could do without eating meat , if we could live well
without it, we should stop it, despite alliance of religions and
slaughter houses.
Another reason for anti-egg stance is because of its arachidonic acid
which provides for a more negative eicosanoid synthesis.
One more point: PBS Journey of Man, (Spencer Wells) tracing the
genetic heritage of white men through central asia to mongoloids, and
eventually to Africa to our black ancestors, is an eye-opening and
view-changing documentary. Every dinky little tribe of humans has its
own bible and self-glorifying attribution of divine origin, but our
bible is correct in that under the skin we are all in one family.
Remember that thing about Adam and Eve? We are all brothers and
sisters under one big incestuous tent. Genetically.
