FWIW, if you google Andrew Chung, you'll find that he's an internet whacko
of long-standing. He thinks he's on a mission from god, and that he has
been granted special powers of "truth discernment" (meaning, the truth is
anything that he says it is). His posts seem to come and go from time to
time, but he now appears to have entered another manic phase in the last few
days.
