34 year old male
works out 3-5 times a week
drinks a little too much wine once or twice a week
smokes when he drinks but not regularly otherwise
don't really watch what I eat, probably 15 lbs overweight
I was waiting for my wife's prescription the other day and used the blood
pressure machine. Came back 155/103.
So I bought this home kit. Just took it and sure enough I"m 150/100.
Am I in any immediate danger? Is there anything I should take to reduce the
pressure?
I acknowledge that I need to watch the diet and alcohol intake until I get
this under control, but I'm curious about immediate dangers. Thanks.
